We provide professional cleaning and related services as agreed at the time of booking. Service scope, frequency, and pricing will be confirmed in writing.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to site condition and accurate information

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise

  • Specialist services may require a site assessment

  • Prices may change if service scope changes

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Minimum booking times may apply

  • Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

  • Late cancellations may incur a charge

4. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe access to the premises and inform us of any hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

5. Quality & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance cover. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Damage or Loss

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
